Hello! My name is Tehut (Tih-hoot) and I am UX/UI Designer and overall creative.
I am currently a senior at Georgia Institute of Technology studying Computer Science with concentrations in People and Media. I design with the core principle of empathy. I care deeply about people and believe good design listens first, then acts. My mission is to build digital experiences that respect and reflect real human needs.When I’m not designing, I’m usually exploring creative projects, mentoring students, or finding ways to connect technology with community and care.
I’ve held various teaching roles over the years and currently work as an Instructor at KidsNextCode, teaching students across Fulton County computer science fundamentals such as AI, robotics, and cybersecurity.Teaching has shaped how I think about learning, motivation, and accessibility, and has sparked my interest in psychology and educational technology. This perspective strongly influences my work, especially when designing tools meant to support students and learning communities.
I’ve worked as a social media manager for various organizations, where I focused on visual storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
I’m deeply interested in visual arts and aesthetics, and I enjoy exploring how color, layout, and composition influence how people perceive and interact with digital content. This background informs my design work and helps me create experiences that are both functional and visually intentional.
For three semesters of my college experience, I also worked as a team member in the Electronic ARTrium Vertically Integrated Project team. I worked as a key part of the visual art and design team utilizing Unity to make the interactive visual components of our game.
